Our line of VizTriz Modular Innovation Tools™ are an evolutionary shift in whole-brain problem-solving. A visual adaptation of classic Russian TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), they transform the core concepts of TRIZ into more user-friendly bites. A core element of our methods is the use of graphic design and visual communication as critical connectors between the linear logic of the left brain and the creative divergence of the right brain. Through vizualization tools such as mapping and cartooning, we can explore and capture key emotional drivers at each "moment of truth" in the consumer decision cycle. The metaphoric nature of imagery creates an effective bridge to connect your internal artist and scientist, allowing them to collaborate more effectively.

As a technologist and innovation trainer retired from Procter & Gamble, I train Visioneering and Inventive Problem-Solving in team environments. My own ability to tap my artistic side for key consumer insights shaped my models for how to build Zenovation teams that balance the Art, Science and Language of innovation by valuing and embracing the diversity of skills within each team.

Our current focus at Zenovate is upstream product development, innovation training and new team tools, but we also do upstream technology research for clients like Kraft, Coors, Herman Miller and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
