What is Restricted Booking for Office Massage?
Restricted booking means employees are limited to a certain number of massage sessions for a given time period — usually a month.
So for example, a company might allow each employee to get 2 sessions from the onsite massage therapist per month. If the employee wanted more than the company has approved, the employee would pay for any additional appointments themselves.
Pros of Restricted Booking
Restricted booking is a great option for larger companies. This is because they can easily control how many times people book, which gives all employees a more fair shot at getting a massage.

Your massage-loving employees will love unrestricted booking. They’ll be able to get as many massages as they want, keeping them relaxed and stress-free at work. They’ll use this workplace benefit to the fullest, and morale will rise.

Cons of Unrestricted Booking
The risk you run with an unrestricted booking schedule is that a few employees might take up all available massage spots, leaving other workers without massages.
